KJ SOHO Mixed Development
The residential and commercial design is distinguished by its bold, geometric, and modern style, featuring a signature interlocking diamond-shaped facade. This design blends contemporary aesthetics with a focus on creating a recognizable landmark, with functional living spaces.

Suria North Kiara
Suria @ North Kiara is a freehold mixed-use development by UOA Development Berhad in Segambut, Kuala Lumpur, which was completed in 2018. The project consists of a single block with 175 serviced suites, along with shop offices and retail spaces. It provides residents with various facilities, including a rooftop pool and gym, and is well-connected to major highways and public transportations.

This architecture is characterized by a distinctive, modern facade using a warm “Amber” color to create a visually striking and vibrant building. The design is focused on fostering a “vibrant vertical community” through extensive facilities and a seamless connection to the township’s amenities and Quayside Mall.
